Where do I start? My daughter was arrested over the weekend. I found out by a text message from someone claiming to be a bondsman from 2nd Chance. They almost had me but I decided to call the office and make unsure everything was legit. Got Kyle on the phone and he said I was being scammed and told me my daughter’s bond hearing wasn’t until the next day. He gave me his personal cell and advised me he would help once she had her bond hearing. Once she had her hearing Kyle answered the phone and worked with me to get my babygirl out. He texted and called every hour to keep me in the loop and calm me down. Under the circumstances this was one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had! Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and most of all empathetic. My family and I salute 2nd Chance Bail Bonds and highly recommend them for troubling times like these!
