Community Leadership
Building up the communities we live and work in through investment of time and resources.
Hands-On Advocacy
We believe personal relationships build stronger communities. At A 2nd Chance, we challenge each of our team members to be involved with charitable organizations, volunteer in their neighborhoods and be a positive influence on each person they encounter.
Community Outreach
Our commitment to serve the communities in which we operate allows us to partner with local law enforcement and county community outreach teams on back-to-school events, food drives, foundation fundraisers and community safety programs.
From CEO Daniel Matalon’s appointment to the Cobb County Neighborhood Safety Commission (NSC) and continuing through his personal commitment to local causes like the Jardine Spears Autism Foundation and the Wills Park Equestrian Foundation, we actively seek opportunities to give back and forge relationships with like-minded businesses and organizations.

Expanding Our Impact
Through our philanthropic efforts, we’ve also established the A2C PAC and the A 2nd Chance Community Foundation. These organizations are dedicated to supporting initiatives that align with our core values and providing resources to individuals in need.
We also have a weekly radio show dedicated to promoting the special initiatives, criminal justice programs and community events aimed at keeping our communities safer. Back Your Blue can be heard Saturdays at 10am on Xtra 106.3 FM or streamed on your favorite podcast provider.
Together, we’re making a difference in the communities we serve.
Building Professional Relationships
We understand the importance of strong relationships within the legal community. That’s why we’ve proudly partnered with some of the most respected organizations in the state and the country, including numerous bar associations, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL), Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL) and Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS).
