I was recommended by a relative and I was pleased with the service and professionalism for contacting the office at 6am☺️. I called within 24hrs to canceled the process because my relative was released due to a signature bond❤️🙏. I talk with Mrs. Karen and she thanked me for contacting them with the information.

Shakeelah was my contact. Very professional. Every other bond company I spoke to was extremely unprofessional, pushy and loud. They didn’t really care about my situation. They just kept insisting I pay them and “trying” to convince me that they were the best. When actually Shakeelah was the best. She actually walked the walk and instead of talking to talk. If you’re going anywhere else, you’ll be making a mistake. Trust me. And I’m not writing this just for fun. I don’t know this company. I don’t know this woman. They don’t owe me nothing. I don’t owe them nothing… this is a honest review. If you go somewhere else you’ll be making a mistake.

I called on 1/18/2026 around 7:34pm I think the lady name was Nicole my son which is seventeen had just got released and I called to see what’s was the next steps for him she then proceeded talking very condescending so she asked why he didn’t call with an attitude so I then handed my son the phone and she heard me saying what’s the attitude about in the background I was just calling asking an concerning question about my son I was confused as to what her attitude was about she then threatened my son and told him that if I kept talking she would have him back in jail as if she was gonna revoke the bond her professionalism isn’t there and that’s not how you treat people her customer service sucks very rude. Through this whole process I was talking with Shekeela she was very helpful her customer service is amazing she made me feel comfortable about going through this company then boom NICOLE she needs to get it together because that’s not how you conduct business

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about bail bonds & the bonding process.

Bail is a sum of money, property, or a surety bond promised to the court to guarantee an arrested person’s appearance in court during trial. The right to reasonable bail is guaranteed by the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
See our video “How Bail Works” to learn more.

A bail bond is a financial guarantee that you will appear for all court appearances until your case concludes or is dismissed. You pay the bail amount, and if you do not show up for court, the court will keep the bail and issue a warrant for your arrest.

Under state law, a licensed bail bonds agency can provide a type of insurance policy or “bond” that guarantees payment of the full bail amount if the defendant does not show up for their court appearances. Bail bonds agencies charge a percentage of the total bail amount to the defendant or the person who signs the bond on their behalf, plus any additional fees that occur, such as court costs.

A bail bond amount represents the full amount of bail set by the court. On the other hand, the bail premium is typically about 10% of the original bail cost, made to the defendant or guarantor’s bonding agency for posting the bond.

A co-signer is a person who signs an agreement with the bonding company for the release of an inmate who is currently incarcerated. His or her signature indicates that the co-signer guarantees that the defendant will make good on the promises outlined in the bond agreement. The co-signer is legally responsible for ensuring that the defendant for whom he or she signed appears at court on the appointed days and times. They’re also responsible for making any payment plans associated with the bond as well as informing both the court and bonding company of any updates to their or the defendant’s physical address or phone number.
